Oak Leaf Headpiece,
To go with the Oak Leaf Cape I created a vegetable leather headpiece. Each leaf was lightly carved, shaped, painted and sewn in position. The band has a ribbon matching the cloak. It should stop the leather from stretching.
Back in Blogland
It feels like I’ve come full circle back to Blogland. I briefly dabbled in FB, until I realised it wasted my time showing me things I wasn’t interested in, and missed important things. I looked at what people were doing on IG, but after a friend had her photos stolen, I knew it wasn’t for me. I know we aren’t 2008 when this was cutting technology, but they should have made it more tablet and phone friendly by now. I’m slower to make things than I was back then, so maybe there will be fewer photos and fewer posts? I’m not even sure if Blogland will work for me these days. Here are the 2023 makes so far:
