Snow Queen coatagin

 I saw this German Herringbone stitch in a clothing book for children based on fairy tales. I thought it looked useful so cast on 482 stitches and made a skirt part in it. Just stocking stitch for the bodice and sleeves with doubled over garter stitch for the neck band and cuffs. Single garter stitch for the button bands.

 It feels like I’ve come full circle back to Blogland. I briefly dabbled in FB, until I realised it wasted my time showing me things I wasn’t interested in, and missed important things. I looked at what people were doing on IG, but after a friend had her photos stolen, I knew it wasn’t for me. I know we aren’t 2008 when this was cutting technology, but they should have made it more tablet and phone friendly by now.  I’m slower to make things than I was back then, so maybe there will be fewer photos and fewer posts?
